    SAN DIEGO ---- The San Diego State University college of engineering will use a $200,000 grant from the National Science Foundation to fund two programs aimed at preparing veterans for engineering careers, it was announced Wednesday. The grant, through the NSF's Innovations in Engineering Education, Curriculum and Infrastructure Program, will fund SDSU's Service in Engineering through the Internship and Career Experience Program. The program connects military veteran engineering students at SDSU with internships at local firms.
